The city of Fairway, as its name suggests, has its roots in the 1930’s as a planned community in the suburbs surrounded by three private golf courses. Envisioned in the 1930’s and built in 1938 by famous developer J.C. Nichols, it became incorporated in 1949; it is one of the more historical and charming cities in the greater Kansas City area.

Located in the northeastern corner of Johnson County, this delightful city if famous for its charming residential homes and warm community. Today nearly 4,000 residents and 1800 homes are proud to be part of the enchanting Fairway community.
