Highlights from the January data include:

January 2019 average sales price for new & existing homes combined ($235,870) is 3% higher than January 2018.

There were 1,965 home sales (new & existing combined) for January 2019 13.1% lower than last January 2018 (2,262).

Home inventory (new & existing combined) for January 2019 (7,251) is 3% higher compared to January 2018.

The supply of new and existing homes for January 2019 is 2.2 months representing a home market favoring sellers.
