Highlights from the October data include:

October 2018 average sales price for new & existing homes combined ($238,121) is 5.5% higher than October 2017.

There were 3,284 home sales (new & existing combined) for October 2018 2.2% higher than last October 2017 (3,212).

Home inventory (new & existing combined) for October 2018 (8,724) is 0.9% lower compared to October 2017.

The supply of new and existing homes for October 2018 is 2.6 months representing a home market favoring sellers.
